2. About ecoinX

eCoinX is a tap-to-earn coin mining app that allows users to collect virtual coins by tapping, completing tasks, and inviting friends.

3. User Account

• Register with valid email or phone details.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Fake, duplicate, or automated accounts are prohibited.
• Violations may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

4. Wallet & Coin Mining

• The in-app wallet stores virtual coins earned through activities and referrals.
• Coins can be transferred internally between users using wallet PINs.
• Virtual coins cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or sold for real currency.
• eCoinX reserves the right to modify or reset wallet limits or coin rules.

5. Referral & Rewards

• Referrals allow users to earn bonus coins.
• Referral and leaderboard rewards are virtual and may change anytime.
• Completing profile and tasks may unlock additional rewards.

6. Auto-Tap & Fair Use

• The Auto-Tap feature is designed for convenience.
• Using bots, scripts, or emulators to increase coins is strictly prohibited.
• eCoinX monitors activity to ensure fair and genuine mining for all users.

7. Notifications

• The app may send you notifications about rewards, updates, and offers.
• You can disable notifications anytime via your device settings.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account.

9. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not responsible for:

• Technical errors, downtime, or app malfunctions.
• Misuse or loss of coins due to user activity.
• Any assumption that coins have real-world value.

10. Updates and Modifications

The developer may modify features, rewards, or coin systems anytime without prior notice.

Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
